Officially feeling my age after my first trip to a podiatrist. After nearly 12 months of foot pain it seems my feet are “unstable” thanks to an ill fitting pair of walking boots and genetics. 2022 will see me being kinder and more supportive to my tired feet 🦶🏻

If I need to dwell in dark for a time, & I have the space, I do it.
There's lots to learn there.
There's relief on the other side.
Therapists/psychiatrists treated this part like the enemy, a thing to fight, even fear.
I don't want to be a warrior over it when it can be my ally.

I went to the doctor today, and it’s confirmed that I definitely have some severe form of OCD. Soon (hopefullyy) I’ll see a psychiatrist to get properly diagnosed/treated. Apparently normal therapy won’t help at all.

Then I can get back to music-making like a normal person? 😌
