Just wanted to show these cuties I designed for a world I am building based on a dunkleosteus, a dilophosaurus, a velociraptor and a desmatosuchus :D
The dunkleosteus-like is an amphibian but the others are mammal-like reptiles like synapsids

My dilophosaur portrait will be available in my Etsy shop next week. This limited edition print will be hand-signed and numbered on the reverse. Think of it like an NFT, except you’ll actually own something, you’ll be supporting the artist, and it isn’t a worthless piece of cr.

I couldn't pull up pictures from the story earlier, but here's two, plus a full-page spread of the 2nd.

Basically, male Dilophosaurus kills Plesiosaur, a rival male & female drive him away from his kill...then a volcano erupts & kills the couple while the loner barely survives.

Dilophosaurus. Using dinosaurs for sprint names at work and this is the current one.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart, season four of CAMP CRETACEOUS, for doing what no JURASSIC PARK sequel ever did and bringing back the Dilophosaurus.

Young me wearing my Dilophosaurus mask! I don’t make it look nearly as good as a real Dilophosaurus though 😂

The study showed that Dilophosaurus’ skull was more robust, had more expanded crests and probably capable of delivering a powerful bite, much to the appeal of biomechanics enthusiasts like myself. Fantastic artwork by to illustrate the ferocity of Dilophosaurus.

From my “Colossal Book of Dinosaurs” as a kid. Dilophosaurus wasn’t well-represented at the time. (Before Jurassic Park) so seeing this bizarre meat-eater eat a marine animal blew my mind. Partially inspired my Dryptosaurus scavenging a Mosasaur painting. https://t.co/Anv9gJ69hb
