This is my most recent commission of the Mazatl gylph symbol with a huehuetl instrument in the background.

I am open for commissions! Give me a DM!

the MD port gives it a big audiovisual overhaul and I like that version a lot but it does have one huge flaw: it changed the final boss to some mesoamerican death god, instead of a floating xenomorph torso wielding a sword

I was bored and on work break, so I decided to do
a quick redesign of 's Fire Starter line, based on the Mesoamerican Feathered Serpent! I went with a fireworks/pyrotechnics theme, since it kinda fits the celebratory, prestigious aspects originally intended.

Day 10: Eldritch

Originally worshiped as a god by a few mesoamerican tribes, this entity went into hiding when colonization began. When its resting place was discovered by loggers, it awakened, and it was not happy.

All things important to the Mesoamerican civilizations were recorded in the Amoxtin, long pieces of amate paper or deer skin that are the prehispanic books.

The European dichotomy good/evil was a concept found hard to comprehend. To them the world at heart was good ('cualli' in Nahuatl); with no notion of '(d)evil', these could only be translated as 'amo cualli' (not good). As for 'sin' - 'what the hell is that?'!

David Alvarez Mexican illustrator beautiful black-and-white illustrations that seem to glow from within, due the rich nuances of greys and pen strokes. They say that we dream in black and white, this is certainly a proof

Daily Fact Nobody Asked For (TM)

Apparently Knucklotec's crown represents a Mesoamerican deity called "Feathered Serpent" part of various cultures especially Olmec culture. It's said this deity brought knowledge to humans.
