Chocobo details! The good thing about Blender is there are no limits to how we can color chocobos. Note these are not the black chocobo model, which have longer wings, larger tails, and an iridescent texture.

Maxis match hair (mm or just maxis) is when the hair is claylike and fits the aesthetic of the game vs Alpha hair is when the hair has a more realistic "hairlike" texture. It gets the name bc it uses the Alpha layer in photoshop to achieve the look

Today's work... in progress... I'll redo a the whole cloth texture. I have lot more texture space for this. Though it's tricky. I can only use 1 texture and even that's limited sized for the engine. Yikes... Head looks OK.
