Build a bigger and stronger back!

As you can see, your back has lots of muscles involved. Getting the big movements done is advisable (deadlifts, pull ups, bent over rows). Then look to mix up the grips with various exercises to target different areas of the back.

Komi... well I was pretty hyped for this, but after watching it. I found it boring... didn't care for most the side characters that follow one stereotype the whole time. Only 4 episodes were not outsourced, the quality dropped off hard in many areas. Comedy was rather bland.

Tbh I always eyeball where all the highlights and shades go. I always highlight areas exposed to the outside light and shade areas that are covered up. Dropping one of my drawings as an example.

I find these particular types of Chieftains rather interesting. I remember hearing theories that these guys were the Gray Guard, Escharum’s personal guards from Shadows of Reach. I can DEFINITELY see that. Maybe they’re sent by the War Chief to protect key areas on Zeta Halo.

I think this is how Amidra's shroud transform will look. Scales turn black with red tips, hair flies up and appears to glow, right arm becomes voidsent-like, clothes appear torn around transformed areas.

Worked some more on the shoulders and have gotten to a point where they are mostly usable. There is still some pinching in areas when rotated in certain directions as evident in the 3rd picture. Will still be tweaking it more down the line.
