I've been working on this in-between drawings, super unsure about how I feel about the style. On the one hand, the linework is very messy and unrefined, but if I look at the whole drawing rather than the details it comes together.

This was something I colored last year that did the linework of. I was practicing with lactation, stretch marks, veins, and overall learning photoshop. The facial expression Akeggle drew was really awesome! Def go check out their awesome work!

More examples for Disney cartoon posters from after the threshold. The linework got replaced by very heavy shading, the coloring went nuts (Green face galore!) and the layout and character sizes never stayed consistent.

More examples from posters for shorts released before that threshold. Sometimes the color choices are questionable but the linework is still stylized and clean, and overall the coloring never gets too "crowded."

Not sure if I should post this because I pretty much traced the linework (because it's a study and not an actual artwork), but here's a study I tried to do on ass shading, particularly Trinityfate's work. It came out pretty messy, but I think I'll get the hang of it eventually.

We have Linework Only, The Washed Out Coloring scheme of the videos, and finally his original color scheme.

I think I did a decent job, but I think some improvement could be done too.
