@Worrior110 Exploding Fist was the first game that gave C64 owners a decent version of Karate Champ at the arcades. (I was really addicted to the arcade game, so I was super happy to be able to get hold of this.) 😁 And while it was the only kid on the block, Fist truly did reign supreme. 👍
@C64Reloaded I'll always have a soft spot for Staff of Karnath, beause it was one of the early games I had on the C64. 🕹️ Looking at it with older eyes, there are some things I think could be done differently. But it's still fun, and remains one of the better games in the Pendragon series. 👍

@adrian_momodem1 @SarahJaneAvory I don't have C64 screenshots of that one yet. I must fix that. 😁 Though I do have a pic of the eye on the loading screen. The pics in the previous tweet are the Amiga one, which looks exactly the same, but with higher res graphics and faster frame rate.

@Worrior110 It would have been so transformative to have something like that back in the C64 days. Being able to load huge multi-load games like Defender of the Crown, and The Last Ninja. 😮 Just think of the huge games developers could have made. 😁
@CrazyCollector1 I really did love Ace of Aces on the C64.
(C64 screenshots attached.) 😎
Was curious to check out the Amstrad version, as that machine should be able to do this kind of game quite well. But, well, both the sound and graphics are a bit disappointing: 🤔

Game Ending:
Turrican II - Commodore 64
Turrican II for #C64 is one of the most entertaining games i've ever played on a real C64; it's a platform, an action shooter and even a shmup, with huge bosses!

@Worrior110 Kung-Fu Master was really quite good. 👍
The arcade game was punishingly hard, but the C64 game could be played hundreds of time until you could finally get somewhere. 😁
Been having a crack at Commodore 64 pixel art, 16 colours and 4 in 8x8 cell is more difficult than I thought. #C64 #RETROGAMING #Commodore64 #OutRun #SEGA
@Lord_Arse It's got some really good parallax scrolling going on there.
Screen even moves up and down a little, which it doesn't do on the C64 one. (They're both quite pretty though.) 😎
What a treat! Over the weekend I played The Curse of Rabenstein by @puddlesoft, a brand new text adventure for CPC/Amiga/ST/DOS/C64/ZX Spectrum/Next … Yup, it's out for 8-bit and 16-bit systems as a digital download or an upcoming physical release. Blog: https://t.co/iS4G5fLmHi
