They are both my favorite characters.
However, I don't think they are the common type of person to describe a wizard in a tabletop RPG. The reason for this is as explained by Leon.
Megumin is a character from a Japanese novel and anime "KonoSuba". She only uses explosive magic!

I have a suspicion as to why there's so many ugly characters in jojolion. I know Araki isn't "online" but I'm guessing that someone pointed out the "sameface" syndrome from late SBR and so to diferentiate and explore realism, Araki drew more rough looking characters.
