Lastly, I was determined to figure out how to do linework with a mouse somehow, and with enough settings, I was able to figure out some tricks to make smoother lines.

More markers. Gou's skin color is a bit off but it's tough to get the correct tone. Also apparently I failed pre-school because I can't color within the lines...It's because you have to work fast before the ink dries to avoid streaking D:
