Theory: Alear is half-Divine Dragon/ half Fell Dragon. The red and blue is meant to be plot relevant. Blue represents Divine while red represents Fell. As we later see Alear with fully red hair and both red eyes. The blue/red symbolizes Alear’s dual nature
