sure! the initial trick is to get a quad in the appropriate place, inset the face, then merge the top and bottom edges to create the ankle!

the process for the piece, this one wasn't greyscale to color. just lay down rough gradients, build up some of the edges and then render that out. one of 5 different techniques i use to paint.

if its just the color you are after, blend out any hard lines/edges/curves/mushrooms that could trip the "phallic detector"
