Pre loved children's books being prepared for pre loved section fully re opening. Art work and stories are still stunning. In Barbapapa they are trying to save the animals from human hunting and pollution!

Chapter books for KS1 often play on laughs. Whilst this is fine, wonderfully written books that provoke discussion & tackle more serious issues are crucial. The Climbers and the Orange Sellers chapter in Anna Hibiscus both do this beautifully
