Night Hunter was looking to be a promising C64 conversion of a Ubisoft game, with great gfx and sound. Major development issues resulted in the programmer leaving the project and work halting completely. Thankfully some previews managed to sneak out:

I've been playing a LOT of Auf Wiedersehen Monty recently and I just can't get the incredible theme music out of my head. The very best of Ben Daglish. And yes, even better (IMO) on the Speccy 128 than the C64.

That "guitar" riff at 3:42 is just sublime.

Zezito- Blood Quest C64 WIP Thank you all for your opinion! Now I present you the final version of the graphics. I will implement both versions in the game and the player can choose which version to use.

The alternative was, if you had a datasette, to plug it in and press "play". The game couldn't tell the difference. 😁

(Still works with https://t.co/gclbq1UT0i's C64 Preservation Project .g64 disk images of Leaderboard and 10th Frame.)

Hi guys, which version do you prefer? The Hires one or the Multicolour one? and why? The sprites will be the same regardless. Thanks

Oh yeah. We ended up with these cassettes at various times. I think the Artworx version was the first Strip Poker game on the C64? Earlier than Sam Fox by a year or two.. Not bad poker games, if nothing else. 😁

Couldn't help myself as the C64 is also 6502 based it is an easy port from the code for the Electron. Now back to coding the collisions.

I've powed down but I'll tommorow!
At first glance at a screenshot I'm reminded of PsychoPigs UXB (picture 2) on C64... the one with the interesting advert! ;-)

FREEZE64 Q&A:
Q. You seem to have a good number of hardcore FREEZE64 readers. Why do they stick with you?
A. You need to ask THEM. But I'm guessing because they love everything to do with the I'm indebted to them and their generosity.

FREEZE64 Q&A:
Q. Does producing FREEZE64 live up to your expectations of having your own 'zine?
A. Dear, God no! I didn't realise how much work was involved and how tiring and frustrating it is. The logistics part of it is really a killer
