Rather than a character creator, you collect characters to play as. You are stuck with the main character being white for the story, but not for combat/puzzles/exploration. There are only 2 darker skinned characters so far though, Xinyan and Kaeya, but that isn't enough

Here was some exploration. Went for a design that was comparatively simple (I still like some of the ideas, though). Second image includes what the armor looks like underneath the fur mantle. I think fur as an accent/statement piece works best for the Dakh.
