I like alignments in but, I prefer the broad Law and Chaos and mostly for NPCs. I like old-school paladins in my worlds, there aren't any in the real world.

From often reuses character models as objects, like statues, and in some cases, like the Farron wolf, they've even used cut content NPCs. There's concept art of a dragon similar to statues in Archdragon Peak which also matches some unused textures for a cut dragon boss.
