1. in his overworld sprites, there is a dark line connected to the top of the heart on his tunic. it is not black in his hat sprite but it is black in his hatless sprite. i don't think it's a scarf shadow on the hatless sprite because it goes down a pixel more.

He mostly resembles the SMB1 Mario Sprite. Except his Big Form's head is thinner by a little bit.

I'm surprised I managed to get the 'whisker' details on this tiny fella. But I' glad I did. A whole lot of shading on this guy, too. Which was hard to pull off in some spots.

As long as i dont get frustrated my next Touhou drawing will be a redraw of this Futo sprite. Its surprising a how good of reference for posing these sprites are too. I dont draw alot of interesting poses, so its also good for practice. 🤍
