Kris is basically a forward commander for Navistia, Hawk ultimately betrays his nation to cause chaos, and Lawson is an emperor/commander.

It’s wild to think Havik was originally a new design for Noob Saibot. This was how Noob was going to evolve beyond being a palette-swap ninja. I’m glad they ultimately kept the black ninja look and made Havik into his own character though.
