Also this thing is incredible for taking notes for class. Anyway my point, if you’re ever considering getting a Wacom tablet like a cintiq or companion, don’t. The iPad and the Apple Pencil I got were less than both of those, and substantially more useful than both combined

Depends on both the sprite style and my own mood! Sometimes I'll have to do a loose sketch first just to know what I'm pixeling, and then I'll continue with the actual sprite on my Cintiq. But if I'm doing really small sprites or tile-based stuff, I'll often just go full-mouse.
