I disabled them, this is how Blender Freestyle works, it adds lines on geometry, not into textures :)

This preserves the "purity" of the style since there are no textures involved and it is pure geometry. This is one of the rules that the game's style follows. No textures can be used to draw things. It's inspired by games like A-10 and Flanker 1.0.
