I had this unpleasant experience 2 years ago and last weekend I saw a similar booth design.
So I'm just sharing do's and don'ts on how to design your booth at artist alleys (ideally).

Several artists ik and others I've heard about have been, not paid for commissions, or paid extremely late or only marginally. Lies about the agreed agreed upon price
As well as uncompensated for numerous commission revisions
I think the name Bjorn is really cool because it sounds Scandinavian and means bear, but sometimes it bothers me that the pronunciation in the original language is almost identical to the Japanese onomatopoeia of pulling.
