this oviraptor toy looks like he's nervously trying to get the attention of his waitress bc he asked for a dr. pepper w/no ice, but she gave him ice, and like, he can drink it, but this isn't what he ordered, but i mean, it's really not a big deal, you know, so--
Fossilized eggs, claws, embryo, and pelvic bones of Oviraptor philoceratops.
hello hello i'm back with rpg dinosaurs after a while ! today it's a carnotaur that specializes in fire spells and an oviraptor that makes potions and explosives.
Both still need names but hey! new oc!
Oviraptor is a small #dinosaur first discovered in 1924 in the Gobi Desert. The name it was given, Oviraptor (which means “egg thief”) was thought to be a correct moniker for this dinosaur because it was found atop a pile of dinosaur eggs. #JurassicJune #dinosaurs #JurassicPark
Another of my non-KPg project concepts, a lineage of specialized hypercarnivorous Oviraptorosaurids called Psittosarchimorpha, they would be prominent in part of the neogene but eventually they would lose diversity with a few handful of species surviving to the holocene.

Nothing says the 90s like shrink-wrapped PVC naked dinosaurs. Another of my 'lost' pieces, featuring Velociraptors attacking an Oviraptor. It was a happier time, a more innocent time...
As the deadline draws near, here's my 3rd and final submission for #TheSummonEngh2018: Heyuannia huangi (this is an older piece based on a paper published in 2014 which revealed that oviraptorids laid blue-green eggs!) Digital art based on a sketchbook doodle. #paleoart
In honor of Junchang Lü, I painted this watercolour portrait of #Tongtianlong, “the mud dragon”, one of the oviraptorids he discovered during his prolific career as a palaeontologist. @SteveBrusatte
