So since everyone's doing Smaugust (but I'm not) just wanna take the chance to throw some love towards "Chasseurs de dragons", a French animated series from 2006 which has some of my favourite "dragon" designs of all time

"Unlike most cave dwellers they have relatively decent eye sight due to their brilliant bio-luminescence. The people of Aquixuta have a festival where they make colorful paper lanterns in their image."

We all have that one childhood character that emotionally scarred us for life... The screaming Death was mine! I'm not even joking, this motherfucker gave little me nightmares every damn time they appeared!

Day 9's theme for the prompts I'm following was "Western." What, that's not the type of "western" you meant? 😉 Here's a grouchy gila monster inspired dragon!

Soon I'll come back to drawing Smaugust but before that, catch nature dragon concepts. They are basically an insects with flexible horns and sometimes endless lust for sweet honey~

The one on the right needs small redesign but I still love them <3

Ce champidragon vit au cœur des forêts arboricoles. Plus il y a un entremêlement de branches, plus il est heureux. En effet, il vit la tête à l'envers à cause de son énorme toison touffue 🙃
