Is it...normal for printer companies to completely wrinkle a large format print? (24 X 36) Ive used two different printers now but it's the same issues, so i wanna believe it's just common for the paper to be hard to handle rather than people just not caring and wrinkling my art

Decided to try out my new printer today ;v; I dont like the margins but otherwise it turned out quite well!
I think I can manually change the margins when my desktop is set up though hopefully~~
