I found a solution to my vertex normal problem
All I have to do is triangulate the models when exporting them to Substance Painter
For whatever reason C4D recalculates normals when triangulating causing these artifacts

I probably won’t actually sell her unless someone can pay upfront or do a short payment plan but I’ll consider selling my persona, Gwei. She’s worth $4000 and I’m not interested in lower offers. She has multiple vtuber models as well as lots of beautiful art.
