@GhostsavageR I don't think so, it doesn't look like noxian armor and weapon. Especially these horns on the helmets - Noxus never looks for decoration in armor/weapon, only functionality.
It's probably just another Freljord's tribe.
Also been working on other characters today; I've been putting off Zayuri's helmet design for ages but I finally sat down and gave it some work!! Might make a few more changes in relation to functionality.
