A couple months ago I was gifted a HuionH420 tablet. I'm trying to teach myself in Krita! The elf head was me trying to just draw. I'm not good at it so I take my traditional sketches and ink/color them in Krita! Smoothing and Stabilizer tools are a god send!! Also use layers!

(Some things not mentioned - Skyboxes, optional z-sorted particles, lighting uses built-in stuff. Workflow is Blender directly to GM. Also, I mean anim blending. Not smoothing.)

Good start. I would move forward by deepening the ear canal, smoothing the ear lobule, and giving the helix more of a C shape along the edge. Here's an ear I made moving verts with the subdivide modifier.
