Originally just my take on a Xenophanes Pac-Man, I decided "fuck it" and plan on giving info about him. In short, he's a sad Pac-Man who got consumed by Kinky from Pac-Man Arrangement and has to deal with customers not getting the proper Namco Classic Collection Vol 2 experience.
