Pteraspis from the typical side view for #FossilFishWeek! It used to not have scaly body, but I decide to add it just for the aesthetic.

Anglaspis in two style for #FossilFishWeek #FossilFish #FossilFishFebruary
As a lover of fossil fishes, artwork based on them, and science-themed memes, I must resurrect this @franzanth classic for #FossilFishWeek.
Collab with @Zesty_Zino of our #fossilfighters OCs in kimono! Happy valentine day everyone!! :'D
#fossilfighters My character I’ve been working on for so long, Rhia, is finally finished just in time for Valentines Day! 友達のリニちゃんです!
The tall rami of the SK 23 #hominin mandible match the tall faces of other fossils attributed to its species, Paranthropus robustus. Isotopic evidence suggests it ate the same range of foods as the smaller-toothed members of our own genus, Homo. #paleoanthropology
I just put up a poll for my Patreon supporters to vote on the next #FossilFriday video!
Last time it was Daspletosaurus - who will be next? I'll tally votes at the end of the weekend! 🦖🦕

On #DarwinDay, I want to recognize the Gibraltar 1 Neandertal skull. This year marks 150 since the publication of The Descent of Man, and this skull was the only skeletal evidence of an extinct human ancestor that Charles Darwin encountered. #paleoanthropology #FossilFriday
For #FossilFriday a Dinictis skull with puncture marks in its skull. The spacing and shape of the punctures suggest a Hyaenodon horridus bit this nimravid's skull and killed it.

For this #FossilFriday here is the skull of Panthera gombaszoegensis BR-II-81-146 from "La Belle-Roche" (#Belgium 🇧🇪) that I just scanned last Tuesday🦁This skull belongs to the @UniversiteLiege but is currently exposed in Le Grand Curtius Museum in #Liège. 🦴💀
This week’s #FossilFriday coincides with Charles Darwin’s birthday! He was born #OTD in 1809. Augustus Earle depicted Darwin in the below caricature, which shows the naturalist surrounded by #fossils on the deck of HMS Beagle at Bahía Blanca, #Argentina. #CharlesDarwin #DarwinDay
Favorite Ice Type, Amaura line!
They would also be my favorite fossil pokemon tied with it's counterpart.

A new toxodont from Argentina out today in @JournalSystPal from Gastón Martínez and colleagues, in time for #FossilFriday: https://t.co/UJMbBIHjAf
#DarwinDay and #FossilFriday so it's gotta be the ground sloth Mylodon darwinii, brought back by Chuck from South America and named for him by ghastly old Richard Owen in 1840.
Lots of preserved skin, nail, tissue and dung known from Patagonia.
