hi if youre like me and cant sketch figures w/o focusing on every tiny detail than i really recommend doing this, doodling extremely loosely with a larg marker or low opacity brush!! it really helps me figure out what i had in mind quickly without getting distracted by details

Commission for a Pokemon fan project. I was tasked to make some grunts for an evil team who uses mountain climbing gear and wants to freeze the world. I loosely based these guys off of Counter Strike. They also have that goofy factor most grunts in Pokemon tend to have.
