i love this stage, just doodling with effects and tweaking speeds and wave widths for the warps. I'll add in loads of variations in colours, noise, grain, warps, opacity, distortion. Kind of helps to go overboard and then rein it back a bit

They are done and ready for the Olive Garden! I couldn't decide if I liked the lighting effects or not so have both! I also hate shading like this but man is it so pretty and like the clothes, hot damn they look good.

A few weeks ago, sat in a park, I became captivated with the way Ravens walk, their heads bobbing back and forth with such zeal & drive. I set about learning to animate one and this character popped up. Animated in and composited in After Effects.

“Luminous” available on to be clear no effects were used on this painting to make that green pop. Just my own special custom brush tip work which helps to provide the extra depth and volume along with specific gradient settings to the palette. 🔗⬇️

A quick tutorial on how I have fun with textured brushes and color effects. 🎨

Flat colours -> 60% opacity -> new layer on linear burn, select a not super dark colour and just have fun with what ever textured brushes you have.

Now I'm not using a lot of effects on postprocess.

I only some days ago started on SSRI for the first time and honestly, I can only describe my current feeling as this!! LMAO
I was prepared that it sorta amplifies my anxiety until it finally starts taking effect but I can't tell if it's the side effects or if I'm just scared tbh-
