The Shikimori anime is amazing. Doga Koba did an amazing job on it.

As a manga reader for it, I'm looking forward to how the anime adaption will be

I also enjoy amateur 3D modeling spaceships in a free program called DoGa. It's nowhere near as sophisticated as something like blender; it's more like playing with LEGO, in that you sorta snap together pre-modeled 3D parts. I like it, though. Here's a few things I made in it:
