Scopper Gaban was the third main man of the Roger Pirates. Gold Roger, Silvers Rayleigh, and S-Copper Gaban.

Not a lot is known about him but there's theories. Primarily that a bald monk we saw reading the newspaper is him cause of skull and glasses.
