@okisura @datenshi_zakku @AyuVT_ Far from line for line. And are basically the same as my crappy line up. Yes they vaguely overlap, but far from line for line. And the overlap is due to the stylistic proportions. That’s what I’m trying to say, not that the styles aren’t the same.

Btw this was the sketch, I usually fix proportions and anatomy AFTER the sketch LOL. This is why I hate sending sketches to clients for paintings.
In order to help me get shapes, proportions, and angles right for my sets and ships, I often build them in 3D and shoot my own reference material. Here's an example, with my hero ship, the HCS Splendor, alongside a Squillid ship, launching a whole bunch of landers to board it.

After spending ~AU$1K for some colour variants of an existing asset, a static variant, and some animations, the artist has stated that they can't fix the proportions, and have sent me the source file (AEP) so that I can fix it myself.
