It's confirmed now - halszkaraptor is actually a juvenile spinosaurid https://t.co/T7lGsvrnUH

1. "Platypterygius" sp. occupied an apex predator niche alongside other native Pliosaurids. Platypterygius as a whole is known from multiple specimens from the cenomanian UK, and has become a wastebasket taxon.

Introducing Ulughbegsaurus; which if the phylogenetic analysis is correct, is a Turonian age carcharodontosaurid, outside of Carcharodontosauridae proper, and in with the Neovenatorids.

dromaeosaurid either velociraptor or deinonychus.
Fun fact the "velociraptors" in Jurassic park are more like deinonychus but without feathers. Real velociraptors ae no bigger than turkeys.

Oh, you say?? Have some of my babies. Ankylosaurus magniventris, Pinacosaurus grangeri, Zuul crurivastator and, of course, my baby Struthiosaurus austriacus. Very ankylosaurid heavy it seems, hm. https://t.co/JB90Sfhf0i

Dino Fact!

Kryptops (Covered Face) is an abelisaurid from Early Cretaceous Africa! Its skull had traces of blood vessels on it, implying something was attached to its face, likely a covering of keratin, a material found in other structures in animals like horns!

Dino Fact!

Pycnonemosaurus (Dense Forest Lizard) is an abelisaurid from Late Cretaceous Brazil! Estimated at over 30 ft long, it might be the largest abelisaur we know of! Its fossils were found near some sauropod fossils too, meaning it might've hunted them!
