Testing out different style to draw faster for Webtoons. I tried to just do a cleaner sketch instead of the sketch to lineart process. The Lines for this one only took 12 minutes, whereas my usual style takes me around 1~2 hrs just on lineart for something similar.

Base color is the halfway point for me in these pieces. The stuff that makes a piece pop comes after.

removing colors is a good way to tell where volume has been clearly defined and if values are too similar.

Shave Serpent down and you’ll get something that is similar. Only big difference is color and the fact that Pebblespeck never grew into her ears

Tall, Mountains, High in the Sky. Thats what I thought of. For markings that sort of fit, I chose a quail cause that colors I chose were similar.

I know this sounds kind of crazy but I compared the Scythe design in the files to the top part of Ruby‘s Scythe in RWBY and it actually looks pretty similar. The design in the files has slightly sharper edges but the design is really close.
