A northern Shaman and their Dreamcalled Sta.
Having an otherworldly spirit golem of fire made manifest has it's perks.

At least one of which is roasting food on it though it may not appreciate being used as little more than a campfire.

Warm up today was Wyre's big ol' subwoofer A/V golem W0-F aka Woof!

Woof's a step above in terms of sentience, just enough to have Opinions and rudimentary desires but is largely just a big diva.

I was very touched by everyone's sweet responses to the "what FFXIV vibe do I have" meme from yesterday, so I decided to make ...

A FFXIV-SONA!!! ( LAUGHS )

Using everyone's picks, they're a Midlander/Duskwight that uses a small Amdaporian golem (Anima minion!) as healing pet!

The third discipline of magic, dreamcalling, reaching into the afterlife to bring a spirit back up, which becomes a golem known as a Sta (starir plural).
Starir are great allies in labor and war if loyal.
However, Dreamcalling is very risky and can kill you if you're not careful.

how about Joe Golem from Joe Golem: occult detective

or

Misty Knight or Colleen Wing from Daughters of the Dragon

the first two are detectives who can hold their own

Colleen would be ninja vs samurai
