Had a little go with CartooningWithPaul's YouTube version, which I didn't feel happy as I cocked that one up a but with the proportions so I had a go with an image on the net which I now feel much happier with, 1st image one I found, 2nd my version.

TP's NPCs were also so full of personality. The artists used both more realistic proportions and very cartoony shapes (look how fun this old guy looks!). Somehow it didn't look weird or out of place. The not so saturated colors keep it on the same mood

Well I was doing this for an animation commission. And I didn't realize just how cartoonish my style has slowly become. I can appreciate it, but sometimes it makes realistic proportions a bit harder to nail down first try.
