When I started I was using the NecoMaid RICH VR Chat model, then moved to a Live2D model from Booth I named Violet. You can find clips of both models on my Twitch channel still.

It wasn't until I found Custom Cast and made the following character that Seahorse was born.

I modeled a simple 3Dmodel, redrawn it by hand on paper and vectorized it digitally. This is because I'm not very good at drawing digital 2Dart. It may sound like a complex pipeline, but for me it turned out to be quite comfortable and fast!
