Day 519. Grateful for a day off today. Had a bit of a lie in, had a shower, then had a good chat with my mum and sister. Went with them for a little shopping and then did some painting.

Day 481. Didn't sleep very well last night so had a bit of a live-in, very grateful for a day off work today, esp as I'm working most of weekend. Did some shopping &ran a few errands. Made sure to pace myself &make time for some painting.
