ティエル君でやってみました。
不要な背景の切り抜きは同じですが、
Picsartの作業(モーションブラーエフェクトの追加、及びHDRフィルターの設定)を次に持ってきてから背景と合成して最後にビームのエフェクトを追加しています。

ちなみにPicsartでは背景の切り抜きもできます(苦手なのでやってない)
