You can use a pose as a reference, but pretty much tracing over it wont make you adapt or get better, It's lazy.

If it was a case of original art but same pose, it happens but they shouldn't line up in a lot of places when put on top of the original art. 🤔 Whoops.

Here's her original design for reference, with her hair having a lot of different colors going on and a lot longer. Shading her took a long time because of her hair, and if I were to restart the comic, I'd try to find a way to make it look nice without serious shading.
