This was an experiment to see if I can use the 3D model on CSP to sketch lighting & pose faster
I used the basic 3d model (edited proportions and turned off guide line) & added two lighting sources
Then I sketched on top of it and then painted in with the colors from the 3D base

Cards available from my art market stalls - next one Moseley in Birmingham on Saturday.
So I want to start researching/planning for the far-off future…
Does anyone have any recommendations for suit makers whose style may resemble the head that I tried to make? & could ideally take on a fullsuit of my fox (likely with padding to appear “small”/toony leg proportions)
Old art post
This was hard to do. Proportions that look normal on a #figure don't look right when putting that onto digital art. If you compare the two you'll notice I had to reposition parts of #SailorMoon’s body and hair to make it look natural.
Background by: @YuniNaoki
@allisso88011486 @golddvstwoman The Monolophosaurus is somehow more outdated than the small carnivores from the 1993 movies with it's complete lack of lips and spindlyness
The Ourano is just generally horrifically disproportionate
Big mustache + big mouth + weirdly proportioned limbs = unbeatable character design
@OthelloCyprus @KjellbergYohann If it has realistic proportions and detail, its realistic. Soul has realitic detail, but cartoony proportions.
Roy Lichenstiens art has realistic proportions, but stylized detail. I wouldnt call it realistic.
this is some OLD ass art, you can tell i was not yet used to drawing humans, there's proportion/anatomy wonk everywhere, but, while we're taking a trip down memory lane: the comic that led to these characters becoming actual characters by accident, (1/9)
disproportionately proud of that planet in the background there, it just looks neat idk
I FORGOR TO POST THIS HERE WHOOPSIE!!! Anyway I redrew this little guy to get their proportions right :P #MarArt #DigitalArt
it came out altogether collage from various drawings digitally refined .. took me quite long to draw a hummingbird because I often need time to feel proportions of new form for me even if it's simple ~ it was drawn for KAlibri Breathing single https://t.co/E26vBEJMMR
First attempt at learning to draw horses for a future work project. What a pain! Such oddly proportioned, unique beasts.
the proportions seemed pretty stout so it ended up being a tubbo. thank you for the warm up and anatomy practice! :D
