I tried drawing an Asterix style Ranma.

This was a mistake, because there’s only one teenaged guy I could find in all of Asterix, and he was a skinny nerdy type.

(Girl Ranma was easy though. I just looked at the new Adrenalin gal.)

Well since you ask for modern artists I'm not going with the ones I used to read as a kid (Tin Tin, Asterix) but with the ones I discovered when I started to read the US version of the comic books and not the translated dutch version.

Asterix & Obelix XXL Romastered (2020)

Very unimpressive and repetitive adventure-platformer. I hoped the story would redeem it but it's basically non-existent. The remaster is just okay, but the port job to nintendo switch is unacceptable. Absolutely not worth touching.
