I was suggested to remove the outlines from John's scars. Very interesting results. The emphasis is now less on scars, which I was going for, but it is less jarring as a whole.

THEORY: the original art had a different face. 🤷‍♂️ Look at the outline & proportion, they don’t match the rest of the drawing.🤔This “Meryl Streep” smirk was added late in the process by editorial. Why Marvel? This face is not really drawn well & you made it the focal point. 🤷‍♂️😕
