This is Australian Black Lightning Ridge Opal, or Reg for short. She's a Gem (Steven Universe) that is able to use lightning in her attacks and her weapons are plasma claws that float over her hands. She's in a relationship with a Labradorite fusion owned by @MonsterFaye ;w;
I need to redraw and properly execute Mervis's pink lightning.
