IT'S FINALLY DONE
Forest Ruins - a free watermarked battle map of a ruined fountain in the woods. Perhaps it serves as a shrine to a long-forgotten deity?
Links below, as always! 😄
I made a month's worth of maps in about two-three weeks. I can finally rest. 😭
also, the skin looks ashy in the first one because i am using overlay/soft light layers and gradient maps, might change it to something more vibrant when i paint over (here's without the layers)
I’m playing around with more maps so here’s Clement Attlee. Longest serving Labour leader, and Prime Minister, 1945-51. His post war government created the NHS.

continued messing with this and accidentally figured out how to work with gradient maps https://t.co/9eJSHWQ5nA
got the cloth to craft this new glam from maps yesterday and 10/10 very cute
This is a battle map for all those nights your PCs spend on the road snuggled into their bedrolls, with a nice dark forest to help hide all of your monsters!

For me it was learning how to render by just REALLY studying how to emulate the artists you like. A big inspo of mine is Jeremy Anninos and in general League splash artists. And gradient maps! And curating refs!
Here’s old and new art of BERRY from start of 2021/end of 2022. https://t.co/8yMp69MhRo
Experimenting with layers and gradient maps over procreate, coloring some sketches 🎨
gradient maps are literally a godsend!!
if you're able to get a pack or make some yourself it saves you so much time instead of figuring out color schemes for each drawing you make https://t.co/dEf41qNCG6
Gradient maps.
I always render in plain monochrome tones and use gradients to get amazing color bases to keep working with.
You can use as many as you want, any color combination and layer mode.
Endless possibilities. https://t.co/WMUf92NlSw
@sthsora MWAH MWAH<33 and its all thanks to gradient maps... i actually have a pic with and w/o one added the colors it is ROUGH beforehand !!!
I actually tried out grayscaling and gradient maps with this piece and it was so much fun
