Lockdown has got me nostalgic for foods I ate growing up but never knew the names of, so I sent my mom a sketch of a particular dish that's been on my mind and I found out it's called 竹笙豆腐 (zhú shēng dòufu/"bamboo fungus tofu"). I'm gonna try making it!
