Getting close with this Gainsborough transcription. Underpainting nearly done. Lots of flake white in the face ready for the glazes. It’s going to get darker and richer in colour. Another few sessions yet.

PEBKAC errors. :( My for last week. Trying dreamlike and symbolic compositions. "The Greatest Transformation." Death, naturally, or whatever happened to Mollymauk. Getting good use out of my skull stock reference. Underpainting is working for me.
