Thanks for the suggestion! I checked and right now my eyes have a 100% vertex weight to the eye bones and the bones are centered in the middle of the spheres, at least within Blender. The bones are also parented to the head bone

I'm using Brawl Box. 1st pic is the raw model/texture, second is with the shader/mats(include only albedo & skin shading settings atm).

if u mean default zss, she doesn't have her color because of the vertex coloring. enabling it makes her body black. not sure how to fix atm

model done, i also used vertex painting that way i can commit the color data to NOT a texture- apparently i have a 4mb file size limit to push to instagram, and i need to fit slayer.wav in there
