The Transformers G1 Movie is one of the most interesting kids films to me because it had the balls to kill off so many iconic characters for the sake of making room for new toys. It really does give the film a more cinematic and important feel overall which is great in my opinion

It set design standards for every suit that followed in movies, comics, and TV. The 2nd image is one of the many concept pieces the artist did for the Iron Man films. The suit came to be when production on Iron Man had just started, it was huge to see similar designs in film.

So a random train of thought hit about sequels that utterly ruined the previous films before them. And by that I mean made them unwatchable because you know the message is pointless (even the SW sequels couldn't do that thank god)
